Terms and conditions of purchase


1. Purchase procedure

A. The user must navigate through the web portal aspontis.com/shop where he/she can add all the items he/she wants to the shopping cart. Each article indicates the quantity, the price (VAT and shipping costs included) and you can access its description and characteristics by clicking on the title of the product.
B. Once you have selected all the items you want and have added them to the shopping cart, you can review them and modify the order or finalize the purchase by clicking on View Cart or Finalize Purchase, respectively. If you have a discount coupon you can also enter it at that moment for its application.
C. To finalize the purchase you must complete the Form with the essential data to be able to carry out the order. If you wish, you can also create an account with your username and password to access and make future purchases more quickly. Then, you will indicate the payment method and click on Checkout. If the order is completed correctly, you will be assigned an order number and will also be sent an email with information about the purchase made.

2. Payment Methods

The payment of purchases in aspontis.com/shop can be made in two ways:
Credit card: through Virtual POS through a bank payment gateway, which allows payment by credit card. Payment by credit card is made through the bank's server, which guarantees the customer's security thanks to the protocol based on the SSL standard, which makes the data travel encrypted through the network and no one can intercept or use it fraudulently. The credit card data is transmitted directly to the bank protected and this information never reaches any other recipient.
Direct bank transfer: once we receive the payment of the order, your purchase will be confirmed and we will proceed to ship it.
In case of refusal of payment, the order will be canceled and the user will be informed online. In case of payment with cards issued in a country other than Spain, the issuing bank must be under the Secure Electronic Commerce Security Protocol (CES).

3. Delivery: Costs and delivery times.

Once the purchase process indicated in the previous point has been correctly completed and the product has been purchased, if there is stock, it will be delivered to the address provided by the user. The delivery time is 24/48 hours from the confirmation of the order. In case of payment by bank transfer, it will be 24/48 hours after the payment has been received in the bank account. Agropecuaria Carrasco, S.L-Almazara As Pontis shall inform you when the said shipment is made, which shall be directly from the oil mill, guaranteeing the best quality.
If for any reason Almazara As Pontis is unable to deliver the purchased product within the indicated period, this circumstance shall be notified to the User by means of (email or telephone).
In the event that at the time of delivery the User is absent, the logistics operator contracted for the area in question shall try to contact the User to arrange a new shipment. In these cases, Almazara As Pontis does not guarantee the delivery of the purchased product within a specific period of time.

4. Returns

The user may return the order within 3 working days of receipt of the purchase. In this case you should contact via email to info@aspontis.com informing of the return and the reasons for it.

You can exercise the right of withdrawal if one of these situations occurs:
a) If the purchased product does not satisfy the user. Making the return within the period mentioned above must return the purchase with all its products, with its original packaging, with its original seal unbroken, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. We will not accept returns of products that do not come with their original packaging. Return and transport costs will be borne by the user. Once the items have been received and verified, they shall be reimbursed by means of a bank transfer to the account number indicated by the user.
b) When the products are defective: it shall be necessary to provide evidence of the poor condition of the product by means of photographs. Almazara As Pontis shall be responsible for the collection of the product and a new shipment in the shortest possible time and at no cost.
c) In the event that the defect is due to a transport incident, the user shall inform the carrier at the time of receipt and inform us by e-mail to info@aspontis.com or by telephone to 927510714. Almazara As Pontis will make the necessary arrangements to receive the order again as soon as possible.
